This website is operated by the Department of Youth and Culture the organiser of Malliouhana Fest, based at The Valley, Anguilla.
These terms cover use of our website and registration for festival activities. Additional conditions may apply to individual events, bookings or participation opportunities and will be provided before you commit.
Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting forms. Do not impersonate another person, submit harmful material or interfere with the website’s operation.
Website text, logos, photographs, videos and artwork belong to their respective owners. Permission is required for reuse unless otherwise permitted by law.
Events, Registration and Participation
Our website shares information about Malliouhana Fest events and opportunities, including Facts and Fiction, The Creative Yawd, Leh We Roam and the Creative Forum.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a vendor space or a place in the programme. Where approval is required, please wait for written confirmation from the organising team. An acknowledgement that your form was received does not necessarily confirm acceptance.
Event dates, times, venues and programmes may change. Significant updates will be published on the website and communicated to registered participants where appropriate. Images and footage from previous festivals show past experiences.
Any fees, payment currency, cancellation, refund and transfer conditions will be displayed before payment. If we cancel or postpone a paid activity, we will notify affected customers of their options and applicable refund arrangements. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and treat others respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour and unlawful activity are not permitted. Additional participant responsibilities will be set out in the relevant registration form or agreement.
